Bio:
Diane Coyle was born in Seattle, Washington but has been living in Ohio since 1970. She holds a degree in Commercial Art and was a watercolor instructor for Sinclair Community College for 33 years.
She has also served as President of the Dayton Society of Artists. During her tenure, she created the stained glass window on the front door of the Gallery in memory of former member Jim Porter. In her long career as an artist she has had many unique experiences such as teaching watercolor classes on a Carnival Cruise Ship.
She retired at the end of 2017 and still remains active in the art world. Her favorite subjects are light-filled flowers and landscapes. She feels that each of my paintings is a response to the vitality and beauty of nature.
