Rent the Gallery for an Event

Our gallery is available for personal, private, or public use. During exhibitions, the gallery is open to the public from 12-5 on Fridays and Saturdays in addition to first Fridays from 6-9pm and is not available for rent. The fire code limits attendees to 50 people. Setup/cleanup by the renter is included in rental times.

All rentals require a refundable $100 deposit.

Education Use Rental:

No charge for using the gallery for educational purposes.

Stipulations: must be a time when the gallery director is normally at the gallery (usually 9-5 Tuesday-Friday, some Saturdays). Limit one per week. First come, first served.

Rent for 4 or less hours

Members: $150 for up to four hours between 9am-5pm.
No setup by the DSA Included.

Non-Members: $175 for up to four hours between 9am-5pm.
No setup by the DSA Included.

Event ending between 5pm-9pm: add $30
Event ending after 9pm: $80/hour after 9:00
(ex: 9:30 add $40, 11:00 add $160)
All events must end by 11pm and the gallery must be vacant by midnight.

Setup by the DSA: $30/hour. Minimum 1 hour if needed.
If a DSA representative is required to be on the premises, add $30/hour.

Rent for 4-12 hours

Members: $350 for 4+ hours.
No setup by the DSA Included.

Non-Members: $400 for 4+ hours.
No setup by the DSA Included.

Event ending between 5pm-9pm: add $30
Event ending after 9pm: $80/hour after 9:00
(ex: 9:30 add $40, 11:00 add $160)
All events must end by 11pm and the gallery must be vacant by midnight.

Setup by the DSA: $30/hour. Minimum 1 hour if needed.
If a DSA representative is required to be on the premises, add $30/hour.

Our gallery is available at certain times of the year for personal/private/public shows. The fire code limits persons in the gallery at one time to 50 people.

All rentals require a refundable $100 deposit.

Member Show Rentals: $100/day

Non-Member Show Rentals: $115/day

Setup: $30/hour. Minimum 1 hour if needed.

One-Week Show:

Member Show Rentals: $300/week

Non-Member Show Rentals: $350/week
