DAYTON SOCIETY OF ARTISTS ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING & POP-UP EXHIBITION

Join the Dayton Society of Artists for our Annual Members Meeting & Pop-Up Exhibition on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM at 118 N Jefferson Street in downtown Dayton.

The Annual Members Meeting is an opportunity to gather with DSA members, artists, and the community as we celebrate the past year and share what’s ahead for the organization.

The evening will include a review of DSA’s Annual Report and future plans, with remarks by Acting President Roxanne Grooms and Executive Director Tamiko Stump.

DSA members will also vote on elected officers for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Only DSA members in good standing are eligible to vote.

Along with the Annual Members Meeting, guests can enjoy a pop-up exhibition, artist demonstration, DJ, hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, Halloween costume contest, and special awards throughout the evening.

MEMBER VOTING

DSA members will vote on elected officers for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Only members in good standing are eligible to vote.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST

Guests are encouraged to join in the Halloween spirit and come in costume. An award will be presented to the costume contest winner during the evening.

Additional special awards will also be announced.

FOOD & DRINK

• Hors d’oeuvres by Sama Plate and Palette
• Cash Bar featuring beer and wine

ADMISSION

Free and open to the public.

Preregistration is required.

Space is limited to 100 guests.
