The Mosaic Institute will be installing a mosaic in Bomberger Park this weekend (August 9 and 10th), during GermanFest in St. Anne’s Hill. We would love to have 3-4 volunteers supporting Jes McMillan and representing the DSA! We would like 2 volunteers from 11am to 3pm, and an additional 2 volunteers from 2pm to 6pm on Saturday, August 9th. Membership chair, Elisha Frontz, will be there the whole time to greet you and put you to work!
Hopefully we’ll be finished by the end of the day on Saturday, but if not, we will need more volunteers on Sunday. More information about that coming soon!
*Volunteers should wear closed-toed shoes, and bring plenty of water to drink.
Incase you haven't heard, Bomberger Park was recently the victim of arson, destroying the newly built park equipment.
