Amy Albert Swaddled, 24 x 30 in. Oil on Canvas NFS -- My self portrait, “Swaddled”, deals with the clothes and fabric we surround ourselves with and how they relate to us as women. Cloth is something that is so personal and can act as an extension of ourself and our gender expression. Swaddling myself in a fabric that reflects the colors of my wardrobe is how I choose to express my relationship with femininity and how I present it in my own way.
